In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "2jbit," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 2jbit platform accessible at 2jbit.bet, including its affiliates, officers, and employees.
- "Platform" means the 2jbit website, mobile web application, and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and poker room.

Eligibility & Registration

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth, a working Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information current. 2jbit reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where registration information cannot be verified.
2jbit reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

Account Verification (KYC)
2jbit is committed to operating a verified, fair, and secure platform. As part of this commitment, we apply a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts before withdrawal requests are processed and in response to any activity that triggers enhanced due diligence.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
- Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
- Proof of Age: Your CNIC date of birth confirming you are 21 or older. In borderline cases, additional documentation such as a birth certificate may be requested.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in colour where applicable. 2jbit will not process withdrawal requests until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, referral to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 2jbit login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
- You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your 2jbit account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
- You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly. You must not use the same password for 2jbit as for other online services.
- You should enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2jbit strongly recommends this for all players.
- You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
2jbit will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure, your sharing of credentials, or your failure to notify 2jbit promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 2jbit support immediately via the live chat feature in your account dashboard. 2jbit will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of a credible security concern report.
Deposits: 2jbit accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. All deposits are denominated in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. 2jbit does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- You may only withdraw to a payment method from which you have previously made a deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case 2jbit will request an alternative verified method.
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money balances (net of any applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will be held until sufficient balance accumulates or will be rejected at your request.
- 2jbit targets withdrawal processing within 3 to 5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- 2jbit reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.

Any account found to have initiated unauthorized chargebacks will be suspended and the matter referred for recovery.
All bets placed on the 2jbit sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, which are accessible within the relevant sports market on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:
- Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 2jbit system and a bet reference number has been issued. No verbal, chat, or email confirmation constitutes a valid bet.
- 2jbit reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds were published in error, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being available at the time the bet is placed. Bets submitted during system delays or connectivity interruptions may not be accepted at the displayed odds.
- Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the 2jbit risk team's determination, based on official data feeds and match records, shall be final and binding.
- PSL cricket betting is subject to the PSL-specific rules displayed within the cricket section of the Platform, including rules on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments in weather-affected matches.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the relevant market. These limits may vary by sport, market type, event, and account tier and are subject to change without prior notice.
Casino games and slot titles available on the 2jbit Platform are provided by third-party software suppliers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Ezugi. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and game mechanics for each title are determined by the respective software supplier and are available within the game interface.
- All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real physical equipment filmed in real time from licensed studios.
- 2jbit does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all RNG games are determined independently of the Platform operator.
- In the event of a game disconnection during play, the round outcome will be determined by the game server. Where a disconnection results in an unresolved round, the game round will be completed when you next connect and the outcome will be applied accordingly.

2jbit offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms of each individual promotion:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Minimum Odds: Where a wagering requirement applies to sports bets, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
- Game Contribution: Different casino games contribute different percentages toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute less. Full contribution tables are displayed in the relevant promotion terms.
- Expiry: All bonus offers are subject to time limits after which unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your account without replacement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbit Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account per person, CNIC, household, IP address, or device.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including falsifying your age or identity.
- Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit casino games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain winnings or credits that would not have been obtained under normal Platform operation. Any such winnings must be reported to 2jbit support and will be voided.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by registering new accounts.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2jbit staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Colluding with other players in poker games or any other competitive gaming format offered on the Platform.

2jbit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that use of the Platform remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal harm. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including:
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly PKR Deposit Limits: Set a cap on the total PKR amount you can deposit into your 2jbit account in a given period. Limits take effect immediately when decreased.
- Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of 2jbit.
- The 2jbit name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of 2jbit. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
- Third-party game content is the intellectual property of the respective software supplier and is licensed to 2jbit for display on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to you.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 2jbit account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2jbit shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
- Loss of or damage to data or information.
- Losses arising from Platform downtime, server errors, maintenance periods, or third-party service interruptions.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account.
- Losses arising from your reliance on any third-party odds, statistics, or data published on or accessible via the Platform.
- Losses arising from events outside 2jbit's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 2jbit's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms
2jbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2jbit will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 2jbit Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 2jbit support. Any bets or game rounds already in progress at the time an amendment takes effect will be governed by the Terms in force at the time those bets or rounds were initiated.

Termination & Account Closure
Closure by You: You may request closure of your 2jbit account at any time by contacting support via the live chat feature in your account dashboard. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC if not previously completed.
Suspension or Closure by 2jbit: 2jbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms.
- 2jbit suspects fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity in connection with your account.
- 2jbit is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- You have provided false registration information or have failed KYC verification.
- Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.
Where an account is closed by 2jbit due to a material breach of these Terms, 2jbit reserves the right to void all open bets, withhold Bonus Funds, and, where fraud or deliberate abuse is established, withhold Real Money balances pending investigation and recovery proceedings.
